Feeney Technologies, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Leilani, a voice automation and AI-powered communications platform (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
We collect:
- Names (including business names)
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Login credentials (stored securely)
- Billing information (processed by third parties)
B. Communications Data (Transient)
The Service processes:
- Live voice audio during calls
- Call metadata (timestamps, routing, SIP headers, IP addresses)
- AI-generated transcripts and summaries
Live voice audio is processed in real time to provide the Service.
The Company does not create or retain call recordings.
Transcripts are delivered to customers and not stored by the Company.
C. Technical & Security Data
We collect:
- SIP signaling metadata
- Caller and endpoint IP addresses
- Authentication and access logs
- System performance and error logs
These are used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
D. Customer-Submitted Data (RAG Databases)
Customers may submit content into knowledge bases or RAG databases, which may include Personal Data.
This data is processed solely to provide the Service.
E. Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and provide the Service
- Process voice calls and communications
- Generate AI responses, transcripts, and summaries
- Deliver outputs to customers
- Maintain security and prevent misuse
- Improve platform performance
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where applicable, we process Personal Data based on:
- Contractual necessity
- Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, reliability)
- Legal obligations
4. Voice Processing
Leilani processes live voice audio in real time to provide the Service.
The Company does not create or retain call recordings.
5. AI Processing
We use third-party AI providers to process audio and text data to deliver the Service.
AI providers process data only under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
6. Subprocessors
We use subprocessors including:
- OpenAI – AI processing
- Hetzner – infrastructure hosting (United States)
- SendGrid – email delivery
- Stripe – payment processing
- Umami (self-hosted) – analytics
7. Data Retention
- Live call audio is processed in real time and is not recorded or retained by the Company
- Transcripts are delivered to customers and not stored
- SIP metadata and authentication logs are retained temporarily for security and compliance
- Account and RAG data are retained while accounts are active
- Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within a commercially reasonable timeframe unless legally required otherwise
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information:
- With subprocessors necessary to operate the Service
- To comply with legal requirements
- To protect rights, security, and safety
- In connection with business transactions
We do not sell or rent personal data.
9. International Data Transfers
Where required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

The Service is not intended to process Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed.

No system is completely secure.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or applicable minimum age). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
