Feeney Technologies provides tools and APIs for building and operating AI voice agents. The Services may include software, hosted infrastructure, and related integrations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.

4. Account and Configuration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and configuration data. You agree that any information you provide (such as SIP credentials or API keys) will be accurate and kept up to date.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:
	-	Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes, including spam or harassment.
	-	Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
	-	Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Services without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Feeney Technologies, LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services' reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feeney Technologies, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
