# Billing & Usage

Open your agent in the console and select **Dashboard**.

Billing controls live on the Dashboard. The Dashboard shows available funds, approximate minutes remaining, recent spend, and an **Add funds** drawer.

## Available funds

The **Current Balance** card shows the agent's available funds in dollars at `$0.10` per minute.

The card also shows approximate minutes remaining.

## Usage deduction

When a call ends, Leilani records elapsed call time and deducts that elapsed time from the agent balance.

The recent usage cards and chart use completed call records for the selected agent.

## Add funds

Select **Add funds** from the Dashboard to open the payment drawer.

The drawer supports preset amounts:

- `$25`
- `$50`
- `$100`
- `$250`

You can also enter a custom amount.

When payment succeeds, the added funds appear on the agent balance.

## Payment limits

Accepted payment amounts are `$10` to `$10,000`.

Amounts outside that range are rejected.

## Processing behavior

Card payments are handled by the payment processor.

Leilani does not store full payment card numbers.

After a successful payment, funds are added to the selected agent.

## Operational guidance

- keep enough funds available before high-call-volume periods
- watch the Dashboard during launches and after configuration changes
- use a shared operations card or account where your organization requires centralized billing control
- contact support if a successful payment does not appear in the console balance
